New England Boathouse

Inspired by New England boat-houses, this 4,500 square foot, new residence is pinned to a granite ledge overlooking the Thimble Islands in Guilford, Connecticut.  Our design for this very active family of five incorporates their passions for cooking, sea kayaking and family entertaining.
